Card Scraper Set

Card scrapers remove unwanted milling marks and other surface blemishes and provide a better finish than sandpaper. The 301 stainless steel of these scrapers burnishes well and holds an edge. When the scraper edge is burnished using a burnisher tool, a tiny bit of curved metal known as a “burr” or “hook” forms along the edge of the scraper. This burr or hook can create ultra-thin shavings on even the most complex-grained hard or soft woods with minimal tear-out, chipping, and dust.
