- Q: What is the difference between GofX and Ceriglass?
- A: GofX easily removes everything from the surface, leaving only the glass intact. Ceriglass “cuts” or polishes into the glass itself to remove swirls and light scratches and actually compounds below the surface of the glass.
- Q: When do I use GofX?
- A: GofX can be used on any vehicle that has stubborn residue, mineral spots, or an old coating. Ceriglass is only used when you have “swirled” (scratched) or etched spots in the glass, which requires cerium oxide to compound the glass.
- Q: Do I need to use Eraser after GofX before applying a glass coating like DQUARTZ GForce?
- A: You can use either water or CARPRO Eraser to wipe down the glass after wiping off the GofX.
