The EZ-Trim Quick Check Spindle Square Gauge from iGaging is designed for use with any Milling machines or CNC routers capable of holding a 3/8″ shank. The gauge comes pre-calibrated to ensure perfect flatness and squareness. It’s equipped with two AGD group 2 indicators, providing a range of 0 – 0.25″, with a reading of 0 – 50 and a graduation of 0.0005″. The squareness measurement is at most <=0.0005". Additionally, it features a revolution counter and has a 3/8" diameter shank with a 4" distance between contact points.
The gauge’s body is crafted from precision CNC solid aluminum with a black anodized finish, ensuring durability and accuracy. It also comes with carbide contact points. The entirety of this gauge is supplied in a fitted case for safekeeping and easy transportation, making it a convenient and practical tool for milling and CNC operations.
