Whiteside 45° Lock Miter Router Bit

This Lock Miter Bit creates an interlocking 45° miter joint with a great deal of gluing surface. Proper setup of the cut is essential, and requires using a router table. One workpiece is run flat on the table while the matching piece is run standing against the router fence. The below video provides instructions for setting up to cut a lock miter joint using iGaging’s EZ-Check digital gauge.
